Who I Am:

Greetings! I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Dietitian based in Washington State (DI61298436), specializing in providing weight-inclusive care for individuals with eating disorders/disordered eating, and for individuals motivated to disentangle themselves from diet culture. As a weight-inclusive provider, I believe all bodies are deserving of care and respect. I utilize a non-diet approach to equip individuals with nutrition skills and knowledge to heal their relationship with food.

Fostering strong connections with my clients is an integral part of the nutrition care I provide. My identities as a queer woman of color inform some of my values, and belief systems. I strive to create an anti-oppressive space, so that individuals can show up authentically and ready to step into this difficult and rewarding work.

When I’m not doing nutrition counseling, I am looking for interesting and weird fungi around Seattle, cuddling with my Aussie and golden retriever (Gus and Georgie), or taking on a new sewing project!

  • I have experience providing eating disorder treatment for adults at the partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient (OP) levels of care. While I enjoy working with folks from all backgrounds, I particularly have an interest in working with BIPOC and neurodivergent individuals.
